The Member understands:
TUMULT operates under the Stewardship of Clan Mothers, in their role as Trustees.
The Members agrees to be bound by the Decisions of a Private Arbitration by the Indigenous Tribunal ASKIT, which is FINAL and BINDING upon the Members and any other Member of TUMULT, without Appeal to any provincial or national Court system, except for enforcement of ASKIT’s Decision, if necessary. It is noted that the Member may also choose a Common Law Jury of 25 Members of TUMULT, the decision of which is FINAL and BINDING without Appeal, except where evidence used is proven (within 30 days of the Decision) to be base on a fraud.
The Members' capital shall be held in Trust at the A Provincial Credit Union, or such other Financial Institution approved by the TUMULT Board of Trustees, except that :
a) $25.00 of the Membership Fee shall be transferred to operational costs of the Trust.
b) $5.00 shall be allocated to the creation of an Internet T-Coin Wallet system.
The Members' capital shall be secured by:
a) the Resources of the Canadian Shield (since the Supreme Court of CANADA at Haida v BC 2004 SCR 511 confirmed at paragraph [32] the Crown only ever had de facto control of our Resources, plus
b) the Physical (PP) and Intellectual Property (IP) of the
Members,
This is known as the General Asset Pool (GAP).
The PP/IP are stored in the TUMULT Vault System, under the protection of ASKIT. You, as the Creator of your PP/IP, retain ownership.
The Board of Trustees is tasked, among other things, with the decision to begin to transfer the cash held in Trust into mining operations, if the physical form of the Gold and Rare Earth Minerals becomes necessary for the creation of the T-Coin Wallet system.
The Board of Trustees is to be held harmless, except in cases of fraud upon the Members of TUMULT.
A Member can purchase only (1) T Number in TUMULT for Cdn. $55, and receive their personal T Number in an email receipt, that will eventually be embossed on a T-Card.,
Members can also contribute to the development of the T Coin.
